The breathing space.
Allowing yourself just to stop.
Letting go of whatever you're doing.
And bringing yourself into the present moment.
By intentionally adopting a dignified posture.
A posture that embodies being awake.
Closing your eyes,
If you're okay with this.
And perhaps just taking a moment to welcome this opportunity to just be still.
And now paying careful attention to what is happening in this moment.
Just checking in.
What is going on with me right now?
Noticing any thoughts?
Feelings?
Emotions?
Any sensations arising in the body?
And as best you can,
Not trying to change them in any way or fix them.
Just doing your best to tune in to what is already here.
And now gently shifting your attention to the breath.
Becoming aware of the sensations of breathing.
And just getting a sense of where you can feel the breath most prominently in the body.
Perhaps at the chest.
Or the nose.
Or the mouth,
If you're breathing through your mouth.
Or perhaps sensations of the breath in the abdomen.
And if you notice that your mind has wandered away from the breath,
Just gently escorting it back.
Back to this moment.
To this breath.
And now expanding the focus of your attention around the breath to include the whole body.
As if the whole body were breathing.
Being aware of any sensations on the surface and also deep inside the body.
Being aware of your posture.
And holding in awareness all the sensations that are arising in the body.
And allowing them to be there just as they are.
Awareness of the body right now.
In this moment.
Thank you for watching!
