My approach to meditation is based in research and the science behind it. I have removed the spiritual and relgious aspects, although I encourage them if they work best for you. Meditation is the simplest form of self improvement and will spread its progress into other parts of your life. Our health will increase through enriching our bodies with oxygen, expanding our lung capacity, reducing the stress responses, slowing the depletion of our telomeres, enriching our sleep.
