I Am Made Of Heaven: Chant

As you listen to or sing the words in this chant – "I am made of heaven, I am made of earth, Heaven and earth fill my soul... Blessings come to me, blessings come through me... All is well" – I hope it soothes your heart. The 3/4 time signature of the chant is also said to reduce stress, improve mood, and increase creativity.
