As a mother, you are constantly in service to others. A lack of personal space and a shortage of time have become your new normal, creating a lost sense of self. You know that before you can give to others you need to give to yourself. But, how? This meditation provides a brief but effective opportunity to bring self-care back into your daily life. Through reconnecting with source energy you will vibrationally create the space and the time you need to re-center and feel like you again.

You are a mother.

A lover.

A provider.

A nurturer.

A creator.

You are the glue that holds the family together.

And beyond all that,

You are a woman.

A woman with unique dreams,

Goals and desires.

And perhaps you wish you could have more time and more space to explore your wants.

To be present with your needs.

And to just be.

More time for self-care.

To hold yourself.

And hear yourself.

To listen.

And receive.

To fill your cup.

And feel loved up.

So that you can continue to give.

Your time.

Your energy.

Your love.

In this moment,

You are taking the time to tend to the wellbeing of yourself.

You are making your self-care a priority.

Well done.

So let's begin.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale completely.

Slowing down.

In your mind's eye,

Locate the easy button on your body.

And activate it.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Be easy.

You are ready to align with who you really are.

For the next moments to come,

Time is suspended.

And you are exactly where you have intended to be.

Deep breaths.

Be easy.

Again,

In your mind's eye,

Look down at your feet.

Notice the sand between your toes.

Now look up and out.

You are standing at the edge of the ocean,

An expansive horizon.

Absolutely alone.

In quiet solitude.

No demands.

No to-do.

No responsibility.

Nothing but the sound of the gentle waves lapping against the shore.

Feel the ocean breeze tickling your skin.

Flirting with your hair.

Bouncing around you.

Inviting you to breathe life force energy deep into your being.

You feel expansive.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Activate that easy button.

Slowly remove your clothes,

Piece by piece undress.

Expose your skin to the sweet rays of the sun.

You are alone and you are free with no one to answer to.

As the desire grows strong,

Move towards the ocean.

Notice the coolness of the water against your skin.

Go in.

Deeper.

Deeper.

Deeper still until your feet no longer touch the bottom.

If it excites you,

Take a dive.

Go under.

Immerse yourself in the water.

Play a little.

This is your time,

Alone time.

When you feel to,

Roll over onto your back and just float.

Allow your body to bob up and down like a cork.

Easy.

Effortless.

Deep breaths.

Enjoy the sensation of the foamy salt water gliding over and under your body.

Enjoy being so open,

So receptive,

So expansive.

Witnessed only by the ocean and the sky.

Allow and receive the gifts of the ocean.

She is there to hold you.

Nurture you.

Support you.

Feel the lightness of your body.

You are a vibrational being and your body is an extension of source energy.

Feel the vitality flowing towards you.

Looking upwards and outwards,

Take a moment to acknowledge the universal energies that are focused upon you.

Assisting you.

Supporting you.

Uplifting you.

Celebrating you.

Inspiring you.

Guiding you.

Creating with you.

Appreciating you.

Today no matter where you are,

Where you are going,

What you are doing or who you are doing it with.

You will be in conscious awareness that source energy is with you too.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Deep breaths.

Be easy.

You When you're ready to re-enter the rest of your day,

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Stretch,

Yawn.

Move however feels good for you.

Curl the corners of your mouth up ever so slightly.

Open your eyes with a soft gaze.

You've slowed down time and created a sense of spaciousness around your being.
