Lesson 1

Understanding The Co-Creation Of Our Reality

This first session introduces the course, as well as the importance of words and thoughts in our lives. The definition of neuroplasticity is referred and the relationship between the brain and our current life is explained, introducing the concept of mental reprogramming. After explaining how Universal Intelligence relates to the reality we co-created, an exercise is given to clarify the desired life of the listener.

Lesson 2

What Are Your Dominant Thoughts Today?

In this second session, an analysis and comparison between your dominant thoughts and your current life are suggested. It is demonstrated that it is possible to co-create your own reality, improve healthier habits, and let go of limiting beliefs. With that in mind, it is suggested to replace negative thoughts with positive feelings, through practical examples such as, for instance, instead of thinking "it is complicated or difficult," to state "I am capable.

Lesson 3

I Am A Powerful Creator!

In the third session, we focus on ourselves and what we say about ourselves. The intention is to demonstrate the importance of self-love and decision-making in your daily life, as well as to develop a mindset that attracts abundance and prosperity. The keywords of this class are decision, awareness, burning desire for your goal, and self-suggestion.

Lesson 4

How To Create Your Own Affirmations

In this fourth session, tricks and secrets are taught to create powerful affirmations according to our brain's perception. Information is shared on how to start an affirmation, how to use tense, and what must be included, among other aspects, along with several examples. Additionally, complementary information is addressed, such as how and when to use affirmations in your life.

Lesson 5

Manifestation In Your Love Life

After explaining the foundations covered in previous classes, we now begin to apply them specifically to various areas of life. In the fifth session, we start by understanding how to improve our love lives, whether it's manifesting a soulmate or enhancing our relationship with our current partner. The session delves into how thoughts in our subconscious or daily actions may be influencing our current situation. Additionally, an exercise is conducted to identify any limiting beliefs.

Lesson 6

Manifestation In Your Professional Life

In the sixth session, I delve into the professional sphere and provide insights into the financial realm, including the concept of the Law of Duplication. An analysis and understanding of your current professional situation are conducted, examining how thoughts in your subconscious or daily actions may be influencing your circumstances. Additionally, a visualization exercise is performed, and affirmations are suggested to assist you in improving your professional life.

Lesson 7

Manifestation In Your Social Life

The purpose of the seventh session is to enhance your relationships, communication skills, and social life. Concepts integral to the laws of success, such as the power of the 'mastermind,' are addressed, elucidating their impact on your life. Additionally, a general analysis of your relationships and their influence on your energy levels is suggested, along with an awareness of how thoughts in your subconscious or daily actions may be affecting your vibrational frequency in this context.

Lesson 8

Manifestation In Your Spiritual Life

In the eighth session, the intention is to enhance the connection with oneself and strengthen intuition. The power of vibrational frequency is emphasized in the manifestation process, and stimulation is provided to align consciousness with the abundance in one's life. Additionally, an approach is made to signs and insights that enrich life and bring prosperity and wealth. The two strongest concepts in this class are alignment and inspired action.

Lesson 9

The Power Of Gratitude

In session nine, a unique and enjoyable game is introduced to help you practice gratitude before, during, and after your visualizations and positive affirmations, or simply throughout your day! As the course nears its end, the importance of not only asking and expressing but also thanking and acknowledging what you have achieved so far in your life is reinforced.

Lesson 10

Understanding And Implementing Autonomy

The tenth session empowers you to feel autonomous in implementing the content covered in this course. Guidelines are provided to establish a mindset of positivity and abundance as a permanent routine in your life. Additionally, as a bonus, some tips are mentioned to help you maintain a high vibrational frequency with the universe. In a very special and unique moment, we watch together the movie of your perfect life.
