To feel the earth underneath you.
To allow your body to just settle.
Just know if you need to move at any time,
Just move.
You don't have to sit in pain or discomfort.
Just allow your body to wait.
Just really feeling the arms and legs becoming heavy.
Just really feeling the body beginning to spread out across the earth.
Just imagining that you could just let go of any of the trappings in this human life for a moment.
To allow your body to stay grounded.
But allow your consciousness to lift.
As you allow your body to settle.
Just imagine that you are walking up a mountain.
Climbing over some of the obstacles that are in your path.
Sometimes going round,
Sometimes going over them.
Clambering up the steep bits with your hands.
But just keeping going.
And the higher and higher you get through that journey.
Near the top,
Just looking over.
Just imagine that you could shift your consciousness into that.
Just noticing how you feel in this moment.
For ourselves,
For our loved ones,
Our friends.
Wishing peace for the whole earth and all the sentient beings on it.
Let's take a nice deep breath in together.
Just holding that resonance of peace and calm and unity.
And let's lift our arms up above the head,
Creating a shield of light all around you.
And bringing your hands down through to the crown,
Connecting with our high self.
To third eye,
Connecting with your intuitive self.
To the throat and lips,
For wise words of communication with love.
And to the heart centre,
For love and compassion for ourselves and for others.
Give yourself a big smile.
And a lovely deep breath.
Thanking your body,
Thanking the earth,
Thanking our ancestors.
Honouring whatever else you wish to honour in this moment.
And your feet.
Just again be aware that all the chanting,
It shifts energy.
After you've done quite a lot of work with voice and sound,
Things can shift for days after.
