The Doxology was originally penned by Thomas Ken in 1674 in England. It has been adopted (and adapted) for a variety of congregations since.

Praise God, from whom all blessings flow;
Praise Him, all creatures here below;
Praise Him above, ye heavenly host;
Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Amen.
