Acceptance

A powerful musical prayer, Acceptance is a soundscape of some emotional intensity. Strong washes of sounds all over the spectrum, wordless vocals and a pervasive call to surrender more deeply into the perennial presence of here and now, where all pain and defenses melt away simply by letting them be. Most are likely to find this soundscape too intense for meditation, so you might instead choose it for a session of deep conscious breathing with an intent to feel everything that comes up to be accepted.
