The Morning Protocol - 10 Days Of Guided Morning Activation

With Zuzana Robertson, AFBPsS, MSc, CSci

The morning is not just the start of your day. It is the neurological template for everything that follows. In the first thirty minutes after waking, your cortisol levels, your cognitive clarity, your emotional baseline, and your energy for the entire day are being set. Most people spend those thirty minutes in a state of reactive stress—screens, notifications, the immediate pressure of everything that needs to be done. The nervous system never gets the chance to transition properly from sleep to wakefulness. The day begins already behind. This course changes that. Across ten mornings, each session combines a brief evidence-based teaching on morning psychology and neuroscience with a short guided practice and an original world music track composed specifically for that day’s focus. Every teaching introduces a different aspect of morning brain science—from the cortisol awakening response and heart rate variability, to the reticular activating system, interoception, BDNF release, and the neuroscience of self-compassion. Every practice gives you a direct, immediately usable tool. Every music track anchors what the practice has opened. The sessions are deliberately short. Completable before the day makes its first demand. This is not a relaxation course. It is a performance course—for the performance of being fully human in your own life. Grounded in occupational psychology, neuroscience, and the evidence base for morning ritual as a regulatory and cognitive tool. Ten mornings. Ten evidence-based practices. One complete neurological reset of how your day begins. By day ten you will not just have had ten better mornings. You will understand your own brain differently. You will have tools that are permanently yours. And you will have established the beginning of a morning identity that no single difficult day can take away.

Evidence-based morning psychology, guided practice and original world music — ten mornings that change everything that follows.

Zuzana Robertson is a psychologist and certified hypnotherapist with 15+ years of experience working with people and organisations through performance, wellbeing, and change. She holds a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and is also a meditation teacher and audio visual artist and composer. What sets her work apart is the intersection she occupies - between the rigour of evidence-based psychology and the direct, felt experience of sound as a regulatory and activating tool. She doesn’t just understand the neuroscience of morning performance. She has composed original music specifically to deliver it. The Morning Protocol represents a different side of her work from her healing and recovery courses — not restoration but activation. Not coming back from difficulty but stepping deliberately into your own best capacity. Ten mornings. Built by someone who understands both the science of how the brain wakes up and the art of what sound can do with that knowledge.
