Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Eric and I invite you to take the next few minutes to fully relax,
Arrive,
And allow your body to regulate.
Money has a unique way of capturing our attention.
It can pull us into the future.
Into numbers.
Into what-ifs,
Into fears about security,
Success,
Or whether it will have enough.
If that's where your mind has been today.
I offer you this reminder.
You're not weak.
You're human.
Let's take a slow breath in through the nose.
And gently let it go.
Notice what your body is doing when you think about money.
Is your jaw tight.
Keep your chest heavy.
Your stomach uneasy.
Whatever it is,
You don't need to change any of it.
Simply notice and embrace it.
Because awareness is the first step toward loosening the grip.
Now imagine placing every financial concern onto a shelf.
Just outside the room that you're in.
The bills.
The decisions.
The unknowns.
But they'll still be there when these few minutes are over.
And for now.
Allow yourself permission to set them down.
And just take a moment to remember something else.
Abundance.
Not as a number in a bank account,
But as something that is already moving through your life.
And inherent birthrights.
Join me and imagine stepping outside.
Look at the trees surrounding you.
Notice the thousands of leaves stretching towards the sky.
And just for a moment.
Imagine that each one represents a dollar.
Abundance.
And now look down at the grass.
Blade after blade of grass,
An entire field of abundance beneath your feet.
You can never count it all.
And perhaps this is one of the strange things about abundance.
We often overlook what is already everywhere around us.
Because we've been taught to look for it.
All in one place.
In an account.
On a screen.
On a paycheck.
Represented by an arbitrary number.
But life itself is constantly generating.
Mervyn.
Exchanging.
And carry on.
Energy flows.
The seasons change,
Trees release their leaves.
And new ones emerge.
Water moves through rivers and clouds and rain.
Nothing is static in nature.
And money too.
Is a form of energy.
It moves,
It circulates,
It changes hands.
And it can leave.
But it also can arrive.
And you don't have to control every movement of it to be safe.
So allow yourself permission to shift from an acute view of scarcity.
To one of expansive,
Infinite abundance.
Even if just for a moment.
If this shift seems challenging in the moments,
Let's turn our focus back to the breath.
Breathing in through the nose,
Deep into the belly.
And exhaling slow and controlled.
And notice something remarkable.
There is no question that the next breath will be available to you.
We don't sit here wondering,
Will there be enough air for me?
You simply believe.
You simply breathe,
You simply trust.
You simply receive.
And then you release.
The breath comes in.
And the breath goes out.
Again and again.
There is an assumed faith in that.
A quiet trust that life will meet you in the next moment.
And perhaps you can begin to bring some of that same faith into your relationship with abundance.
Not blind certainty that everything will unfold exactly as you want it to.
But a deeper trust that you are capable of meeting what comes.
That you can receive.
That you can create,
That you can take wise action when action is required.
And you don't have to live every moment bracing for scarcity.
I invite you to remember this.
Your financial situation is something you're navigating.
But it is not your identity.
It does not determine your worth.
And it certainly doesn't tell the whole story of your life.
Your worthiness of abundance was never something that needed to be proved by a number.
You are already here,
Already breathing,
Already participating in this extraordinary exchange of energy.
Called life.
And together with me,
Let's take one more breath together.
And as you do,
See if you can soften your grip Not because you have everything figured out.
Because you don't need to.
There is more possibility around you than your mind can currently calculate.
More resources,
More pathways,
And more life.
And perhaps,
For today,
That is enough.
You don't have to decide your financial future in this moment.
You only have to return to your breath and trust the next moment.
And then take the next wise step when it arrives.
Taking a final breath with me in through the nose.
And exhaling out.
May you leave this practice feeling a little less burdened,
A little more open.
And a little more willing to recognize the abundance.
That has been surrounding you all along.
I wish to thank you for taking a few moments out of your day to join me in this guided meditation.
