There are an infinite number of forms through which love may manifest. In this short talk you’ll be reminded of the love that exists in all aspects of life. At your core you are love, and so is everybody and everything else.

Love has no boundaries.

You can let go of all your mind's ideas about what love is supposed to look like and surrender into the gentle and natural opening of your heart.

Love is a feeling that can manifest itself through an infinite number of forms.

Love can be found in a romantic partnership.

Love can also be found in your deepest solitude.

Love can appear while you're nervously preparing to give a speech.

Love can also appear spontaneously and unexpectedly while you're brushing your teeth.

Let go of all your mind's ideas about what love is supposed to look like and focus on your heart instead.

By focusing on your heart,

You'll feel love wherever you go and with whomever you're with,

Even if it's just you.
