Welcome.

Thank you for joining me.

My name is Autumn Lee.

I'm a life meditation coach and owner of Equinox Coaching LLC.

Today's affirmations are about being more grateful.

Gratitude is the foundation of all personal growth.

Positive results and encouragement emboldens us to do more of the actions that bring us beneficial outcomes.

I invite you now to take a deep breath and prepare to count your blessings.

I am thankful for what I have,

What I am,

What I do,

And where I am.

I am grateful to be alive.

Every day above ground is a great day.

I am blessed to be on this planet and to have people around that love me deeply.

I am grateful for the simple things in life.

I appreciate the people in my life.

I thank my creator for blessing me into this world.

I think of new things every day that I'm grateful for.

I'm at peace knowing that life works for me and not against me.

Every day I'm thankful for what I have and what I will be receiving in the future.

I never,

Ever take anything for granted.

Well done.

I hope you are fulfilled.

Remember,

No matter what your circumstance or situation that you may be in,

There is always things that you can be grateful for.
