Okay, Start breathing as we do always, Normal way, Coming here and now, Nowhere else to go, Nothing else to do, Just being with yourself, Sensing yourself, Feeling yourself as part of the universe, As big or as small, Feeling how the universe is surrounding you, Starting from this room, This garden, How many things are surrounding you, Maybe you can smell the incense, You can listen to the music, You can feel the air, Everything that happens around you in this moment is the universe embracing itself, The universe is embracing your body, So you can rest and connect the essence with the essence that the universe is, So every time you breathe, You let a universe inside your body, Every time you exhale, You connect your essence with the universe, You are creating this circle of connection, Connecting yourself with everything, Once you are connected with the universe, You can go anywhere, You can do anything, You can be universe, So let yourself just be what you are, Not your body, Not your mind, What you truly are, Let this you, This essence come bigger from where you think it is, From where you feel it is, It's becoming bigger and bigger, Expanding all through your body, Even further on outside your body, Into this room, From everywhere in this room, To every corner, Recognizing everything as yours, As you, And just become a little bit bigger, Coming out of this little hut, Around the garden, Get in touch with the trees, The animals, Come out of the fence, And see your car, Those kids that are outside playing, And become bigger, And then you can see the beach, The sea, The mountains, All Malbella, That also belongs to you, That teaches you, As you grow more, You can see bigger and bigger, Embracing whole Andalucía, Whole Spain, Whole Europe, You can notice how the world is working inside you, It's tiny compared to you, You can also reach the sun, The whole galaxy, And just be what you really are, So there are no limits for you, Move wherever you want to go, You can expand as much as you want, So if you observe from where you are right now, This vast universe, This little point, This little part of you, You as universe, That is you, Your body, Sitting here in this hut, Put the universe, What you as universe will tell you, When you find that you have limits in your body, In your mind, You as essence, Have limits, You as a human being, Easily find limits, So which is the message from the universe for you in this moment, Remember every time you inhale, You receive part of the universe in your body, Every time you exhale, You connect with the universe, Inhale consciously, Observing the limits you have as a human being, Unlimited universe, Which is you, What is stopping you, Is it conditioning, Is it fear, Is it your mind, Is it that you are simply postponed, Maybe you don't want to get there, Just observe what you are feeling right now, What the universe is bringing to you right now, You as a unique human being, Part of the universe, Is receiving a special message for you, And observe where do you receive it, Are you using your brains, Your body, Your heart, Whatever it is, It's okay, It's your way, But learn how you receive, This is the only moment, This is the only place, It's your moment, It's the time to learn, The time to decide where do you want to be, Outside or inside, You have a lot of information, Lots of learnings from the outside, Now it's time to learn from the inside, From your truth, The real you, Your life, Your truth, Moment by moment, Non-stop growing, Expanding, Searching, Just being, Just being what you truly are, Not what you think you are, What you are supposed to be, Not a mother, Not a daughter, Not a friend, Your essence, Not your body, Not your mind, Your essence, Connected to the universe, Receiving information, Observing yourself as you are in this moment, You are still the universe, You are still a human being, You are big and small at the same time, You can be that, You're supposed to be that, Play a game in this planet, You're connected all the time, So if you come slowly, Slowly, Closer to the planet, Slowly, Slowly, Closer to the planet, Closer to Europe, Closer to Spain, Galicia, This garden, This heart, You find yourself with your other universe inside this body, So which are your limits from inside, What can stop you becoming what you are, Is it your mind, Is it your body, Is it your conditioning, Your beliefs, But you're not that, You're not strong enough, You're stronger than that, Much more stronger, Because you are everything, What is stopping you, This part of you is stopping you, You have the information because you are connected with the universe right now, So don't use your mind to get these answers, Get the information you have, Use your truth, And take your time, Each time you inhale, The universe comes with information, Every time you exhale, You're connected with the universe, What is stopping you, Are you tired, Are you tired, Do you need a change, Is it too much, Trust yourself, Trust your truth, Whatever is it, Is what it has to be, Remember everything is perfect, And you're connected with yourself, And you're connected with the universe, The lessons to be learned, Experiences to go through, And they're the right lessons, And the right experiences, In the right moment, So what do you get from it, Nothing else to do, Nowhere else to go, Just here and now, Understanding, Listening, Understanding, Realizing your truth, You can feel how the universe is embracing you, Your soul, Whatever you think you are, Is being embraced you're it, You are the universe, There's no limits, There's nowhere to go, Because you're everywhere, There's nothing to do, Because everything is done for you, In your perfection, Being just the universe, And this is the moment when you realize that you and the universe is the same thing, And you're ready to do anything you want, When the time comes, Just be aware, It's only this moment, It's only this place, Moment wherever you are, That's the moment, So slowly take a very deep breath, To come here now, Being grateful to universe, To yourself, Another deep breath, Being a little bit more
