Welcome to a five minute sound meditation.
My name is Josh Miller and I'll be guiding you today.
I'd like to invite you to get into a comfortable position,
Which could be seated,
Lying down,
Or any other position where you feel comfortable.
And wherever you are,
Just start to relax.
Allow yourself to notice the sound.
Let it wash over you.
And really receive this experience.
Starting to breathe.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Feeling anything that's keeping you from being present here today.
Anything that's bothering you.
And just letting it go.
Allowing your mind to wander.
Giving yourself the permission to be free.
Using each sound.
And just coming back to the breath.
Allowing your breath to slow down.
Circulating oxygen through your blood and through your body.
Seeing the stillness we've created.
