Completion exercise.

Are you ready?

My name is Eloha and this exercise is aimed at completing the day,

The week,

The relationship,

The year,

Everything that is finished and that you want to leave in the past.

So you have the power and the freedom and the joy to create something completely new from scratch.

I'm gonna ask you to pause after every instruction so that you have time to really ponder and answer the questions.

So here we go.

Number one.

Write down all your feelings,

Thoughts and assumptions about this situation until there is nothing left unsaid.

Strike out I,

Me,

Mine.

Take yourself out of the situation completely.

Strike out everything that is not a fact.

Take out all stories,

Interpretations and meaning.

Act as if you were a reporter.

Facts only.

Now read again and see what's left.

Check in with yourself.

Are you ready to declare that you are at cause of all your interpretations,

All your attitudes and all your actions?

If so,

Declare it now.

If not,

Start over.

Notice if there is anything you still wish to fix in the situation.

Anything you wish weren't exactly as it is or many things.

Write them down.

Now give it up.

Surrender your situation exactly as it is to a higher power.

Carry it in your mind's eye with a bunch of flowers into the ocean.

Let it dissolve.

Let it go.

Come back to any step if you don't feel complete with this situation and only then look at what's next for you.
