Take a few deep breaths in and out and imagine that the breath is flowing into your body from the top of your head and through your body and out again through your legs and feet into the earth as you exhale.

Breathing in,

Imagine the breath like liquid light flowing into your body from the heavens,

Cleansing,

Refreshing,

Recharging your body from the inside and gently releasing through the legs and feet into the earth as you exhale.

Breathe in and feel the flow of energy coming into your body once more and now feel where there is any heaviness or tension or sensation that draws your attention in your body and touch that place with your breath and your energy and then release and let go,

Feeling the heaviness and tension unwind and pour out through your legs and feet into the earth.

Stay with a breath,

See it pouring into you,

Releasing,

Unwinding,

Cleansing,

Releasing,

Letting go as you exhale through the legs and feet into the earth.

As you breathe in and out and feel this beautiful flow of breath and light and energy through your body,

You experience your body more peaceful and calm.

Stay with a breath,

Nice long easy breathing and bring more of your awareness to the heart.

Feel the movement,

The pulsation in your heart and breathe in and out through your heart,

Feeling an activation.

Notice a new sensation in your heart,

A feeling of warmth,

A glow that comes from inside your heart and feel your heart gently expanding and taking up more space in your body and around your body.

Stay with a breath and feel the breath in your heart,

Feel your heart alive,

Pulsing.

There is a song in the heart,

There is a light in the heart,

There is a warmth,

An aliveness,

A joy.

Feel what is present for you in your heart and let it breathe and have more space in your body and around your body and in the room.

As you breathe in and out and your energy expands and your feeling expands and your heart expands,

You experience yourself more peaceful and loving.

Stay with a breath,

This beautiful flowing feeling and I'll bring more of your awareness to your mind.

Imagine lighting a light in the center of your brain and see this light shining bright.

The rays are shining bright,

Extending in every direction.

Your mind opens wide,

Spacious,

Expansive.

It's a relaxed,

Open,

Receptive feeling where you are easily aware.

It's a very natural feeling,

It's a very comfortable feeling,

It's a very light feeling.

Allow your mind,

Your consciousness to open and open even more spacious,

Even more bright,

Luminous so that as you scan your body,

Your heart and mind,

You experience yourself as peace,

Love and light.

Feel the flow of breath and I'll take another deep breath in and as you exhale imagine going up a step in your mind's eye so that you find yourself at an elevated state of consciousness.

A state of mind where you can experience yourself as your soul does.

Take a few more breaths and find yourself there,

Arriving gently and starting to sense,

You can see,

Feel,

Hear,

Taste and smell like your soul does.

Allow yourself to feel the relaxation of coming home to this deeper aspect of yourself.

A place where you can really feel your qualities,

Feel the love in your heart and connect with all those loving souls,

Your spirit guides,

Your angels,

Loved ones,

This life,

From other lives and all beings from other realms and dimensions,

From the nature realms,

Your nature allies and elements,

Also beings from other universes even.

Here you can connect with your soul family no matter where they are.

See who's there for you now,

Who is more present in this moment.

Feel the energy,

Feel the love in the connection,

In the space and perhaps already through their appearance These presences offer you some guidance or insight,

Some message,

Something that increases your understanding,

Your wisdom and empathy.

Let's find each other on the soul plane so that we can see each other from the soul's perspective,

Through soul's eyes.

And perhaps we appear as we appeared before or perhaps we appear differently in some way.

Perhaps it's possible to sense more of our energy or qualities or different aspects of our beings.

But all of us look very luminous and bright as our soul essence is shining brighter on this level of consciousness,

On this level of energy.

And so see everyone gathered together and forming a circle supported by all of our spirit guides and angels,

Our loved ones and our allies.

And imagine reaching out either side,

Stretching out your arms and it's like stretching out wings extending from your heart and gently lightly connecting with the soul's either side of you and starting to form a beautiful circle of love.

Feel the energy circulating from heart to heart.

Receive energy from the left side and give energy from the right so that we form a spiral of love as the loving energy starts to circle around,

Spinning faster and faster and faster,

Growing stronger and brighter and even more loving and powerfully healing and transformative.

You can see a feel of wonderful crystalline light forming and see how this spiral of energy starts to form a large vortex rising all the way up,

All the way up to source,

The very beginning of it all.

And in this vortex feel yourself gently surrendering,

Gracefully surrendering everything that you hold in your heart,

Your wishes,

Your desires,

Worries,

Concerns,

Not knowing,

Whatever has been heavy in your heart or whatever has been wanting to fly your dream in your heart,

You can surrender it all now into this vortex and send it back to source.

And as you breathe and come back into yourself again you feel a relaxation,

A lightness of being,

A new clarity in your mind so that now you can go on and explore and see some new connections and do whatever you need to do here in this space,

Feeling very light,

Spacious,

Peaceful and free.

See us all going off into our own journey now,

See who your guide is for this particular experience and ask to be guided to a space where you can really rest,

Beautiful spot where you can just simply rest and be just you with your guide or guides,

Whoever you want next to you.

What is the feeling on your skin?

Allow yourself to take in the feeling,

The experience of this oasis.

Here you can feel perfectly safe,

Perfectly loved,

And so imagine finding an easy place to sit,

Perhaps you sit in meditation or maybe you lie down somewhere comfortable,

Just the most relaxing spot,

Most relaxing position and feel how your energy unwinds some more and it's as though you're becoming soft and fluid.

You feel the ripples of energy through your body,

Pleasant sensations,

The breath moving through you so alive and so bright.

And as you relax and unwind in the silence of your mind,

The stillness of your body and the spaciousness of your being,

There is very little to do and yet so much happens in this gentle,

Still,

Spacious moment.

Allow yourself to feel what is in your heart and breathe and feel and breathe.

And as you breathe and give more room for the feelings to be felt,

You're feeling a release,

An opening.

If there was a question in your mind,

Imagine placing it gently on your hands and then see what answer arrives.

The moment you ask a question,

As the moment the answer begins to arrive,

Ask yourself,

What is there for me to see?

What is there for me to become aware of and feel and sense?

Listen.

If you would like extra guidance or extra insight,

You can call on your spirit guide or your angel,

The allies that are present with you,

To assist you.

You may even call a loved one,

A person you wish to connect with,

For a meeting on the soul plane.

What new insights are coming through?

What impressions arrive in your awareness?

Feel inside you how it feels to be in a beautiful flow of synchronicity where the entire universe conspires to assist you as you move forward in your life.

There are so many people that are waiting for you,

Eagerly waiting for that meeting,

Waiting for that creative project,

Waiting for that love to be shared in some way,

For that wonderful appreciation of the togetherness,

The sharing,

The being together in life and in love.

Fill yourself up with this feeling.

Fill your cup.

Feel your heart satisfied,

Singing its heart song.

This is what you're here for and this is what's happening.

And now with this new feeling you can see even better the greater order of things,

How everything finds itself in divine right order and you can feel trust and faith that you are where you're meant to be.

You are at the right place at the right time and you're exactly perfect as you are.

You're saying the right things,

You're doing the right thing.

You're perfectly yourself in every moment and that is exactly the right way to be.

Feel how much love there is for you.

Your guys and angels are feeling you in this new recognition and acknowledgement of yourself and the divine plan in your life.

The one that takes you to your highest destiny.

A life of fulfillment and purpose and love and joy and sharing and creativity and all the things that are so close to your heart that you're here to express and share with others.

So if it's time to forgive one last time or to say a goodbye,

You still realize that love is always there and even the people who are going on a different path,

Love is still there and you can see that there is a new path for them too.

There is no loser in love.

Everyone wins in love.

Everyone is love.

So take heart and have faith and trust that as you come into yourself more and express and share your gifts and feel the love that you are,

Others can do so as well.

Even if they're not as close to you anymore.

So wish them well and send them blessings.

And if there is someone in your life or people in your life that are close to you and you'd like to connect with them more deeply,

More lovingly,

More joyfully,

Let it be so now.

Feel that potential there.

Feel that connection there and acknowledge it and send a blessing that will assist you in elevating these connections,

These relationships to the next level,

An even more satisfying form and expression of love.

The appreciation grows in your heart.

All is well and if it doesn't seem so right this minute,

It soon will.

Everything is well.

There is a divine order.

There is grace at work and you know yourself and you feel yourself by standing in your truth,

The truth of who you are,

The love that you are.

You know this.

You can trust and have faith that all is well.

So imagine yourself stretching in your little oasis.

Feel a new feeling in your body,

A new way of seeing out through your soul's eyes,

Your mind open,

Clear,

Bright.

A big smile.

A smile that you share with your spirit guide or angel next to you or your allies.

And feel refreshed and feel so much wiser and brighter and warmer and more joyful and graced with this beautiful abundance of good feeling and blessings that are there for you always in your heart and in the embrace of spirit and creation.

And now see yourself preparing to leave,

Stretching out,

Rising up from your private oasis and making your way to the main soul space where you can meet with everyone else once more.

Look around,

Feel around,

See everybody.

Notice how everyone looks and feels a bit different.

There is a new sense of presence and a new sense of grounding in our energy.

Perhaps you can see different colors as we have energized ourselves in this powerful way.

And see everyone forming a circle of love once again.

Acknowledging each other and stretching out the arms like wings,

Creating a circle of love and allowing the energy to circulate.

Feel the energy coming from the left and out through the right,

Moving through our hearts,

Spinning,

Gathering momentum,

Becoming stronger and more powerful as it goes round and round and round,

Stronger and stronger and stronger and stronger still.

And more deliciously joyful and blissful,

Ecstatic as the vortex starts to rise again all the way up to your soul.

And now you just send whatever else there is,

You just send it off to grace and you are so very free.

The image starts to dissolve and all there is is a beautiful feeling of love and brightness.

And so look around,

Feel around,

Share some glances of appreciation,

Smiles.

Acknowledge your spirit guides and angels and everyone there.

It is so lovely to be here together to connect and to heal and to transform,

To do so much with love.

And gradually,

Very gently,

You can already start to feel your body in the room where you are sitting.

It is somehow brighter and lighter.

It has more energy.

You can perhaps even sense some vibrations in your body.

Your spirit guides and angels are always there,

But you can say goodbye for now if you want to and start to come back again into the room,

Into your body and into your life.
