Wow! What an astonishing piece this is. First, of all it made me think about playing the Native Flute to call the animals. Then, it made me think about playing the Native Flute in nature and becoming one with nature. Next, I meditated on the thought of making the Native Flute, and how each Native when making their Flute is connected to them. Also, I thought about the Natives riding horses, and sitting on their horses playing their flute. Then, I thought about the Natives playing their Flute at Pow Wows. For me this is perfect for bringing energy, motivation and grounding to my morning or the afternoon slump. Wouldn't be good for me to wind down or before bed; BUT there are SO many slow, sleepy-time pieces of music and meditations on Insight Timer. I REALLY appreciate the music and meditations that are more energetic and motivating. I need both in my life. 💕
