Midday Energizer This is perfect for you if you find that you get to a part of your day where your energy takes a real dip.
Some people say it's around lunch time and some say it's around 3 o'clock.
This sounds familiar to you,
Just take a few moments to sit down and close your eyes and start by imagining your aura.
That veil of energy that's all around you.
And try and get a sense of what that aura looks like when your energy is low.
Notice the colors.
Notice if there's a jagged edge or a smooth one or if it looks broken.
Whatever that is,
Whatever your aura is imagined to be like.
And start at your feet.
Imagine a vibrant,
Strong energy coming up through the earth in through your feet.
Imagine that aura around your feet starting to change.
You can feel your feet starting to change.
Notice the color or the colors changing.
Swirls of energy around and around your feet.
And now allow that energy to grow.
It goes all the way up to your knees.
Feel that energy coming up into your knees.
See that color or those colors going up into your knees.
You can feel the difference.
Notice the aura around your feet and all the way up to your knees is changing and it's spreading now up into your thighs.
Energy lifting,
Rising,
Speeding up.
Going up into your hips now.
And into your abdomen.
Notice the same changes happening.
The colors.
Any textures of what things look like.
Energy becoming full and whole around you once again.
Your posture might be changing.
Your back is straightening as that energy goes all the way up into your chest and up all the large and small muscles of your back.
Up into your shoulders.
Wriggle those shoulders now and feel that energy spreading all the way down your arms and into your elbows and into your wrists into the very tips of your fingers on your hands.
Everything rejuvenating.
Fields of energy now going all the way through every nerve,
Muscle and fiber.
And that energy going up into your neck,
Up into your head,
Over your face,
All around you now.
Really feeling different to the way you were a couple of minutes ago.
Now take in a really deep breath and inhale some of that energy from the aura,
Sending it into your body.
So it's all around you and it's all in you.
And you can breathe it in and out.
Sending it in and out.
So any time of day when you feel that mid-afternoon energy slump,
Just take a few moments and practice this short visualization.

Just a few swirls of energy going all around your body,
Lifting you up,
Lifting that energy.
Feeling a brightness in your eyes again,
