योगश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधः Yogaś citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind. Everything psychological is biological, and vice versa. Yogic science has long recognized the body and mind as inseparable, a view now increasingly supported by modern research. With an M.A. in Yoga and an M.A. in Psychology, Chetna integrates classical Hatha Yoga, pranayama, meditation, and yoga nidra, along with elements of Vinyasa, Yin, and Iyengar-inspired practices, to support both physical and mental well-being. She teaches as a guide, while continuing to remain a learner herself.
