Dylan Scott

Dylan Scott has taught at the Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness at Jefferson Hospital, and is currently a teacher and teacher-trainer with the Center for Koru Mindfulness. He discovered mindfulness and began practicing in 2014 as a response to an intense struggle with panic disorder during his college years. Dylan is moved by his deep connection and gratitude for the practice to offer it to others in the Philadelphia community and beyond.
