I'm Richard Schwartz and I want to welcome you to this collection of meditations and exercises that are based on the internal family systems model. Feel free to use them in whatever way feels right to you. It may be that you'll want to do them in sequence or you might want to just try the same one several times. Some people will just use one over and over and then move to another one. Some of them are designed to help you get to know a part or change your relationship with it a little bit. Others are more designed to help your parts relax and let you embody self energy and then some are designed to actually bring up parts, Provoke them and help them be available to you to then work with. All of them though are designed to help promote what we call self leadership. That is to help your parts trust that it's safe to let you lead and stay in your body as you go through life and we hope you enjoy them.

I am so interested.. I only just heard about IFS and then was guided here .. Can you recommend where to start and if there was an original order/ or beat order for a beginner please ? I would like to systemically listen and then go back and use daily the ones that resonate with me 💖🙏🏼
