Explore MeditationNick is an NHS doctor specialising in mental health. He has lived with bipolar for over a decade, giving him a unique insight into the importance of taking care of his mind. He believes in the concept of mental fitness: the practice of doing things that are good for our minds on a regular basis. A broad approach to this is needed - science tells us that since the brain is such a complex system, there's no silver bullet solution which suits everyone. In 2018, Nick helped found Minderful, a digital platform which encourages people to explore mental fitness ideas and implement new practices into their routine. He loves using science to motivate and inspire people into trying something new. Below are some Minderful ideas narrated by Nick and the team.
