Just feel yourself breathing in and feel yourself breathing out without trying to manipulate or change your pattern of breathing.

Relax your jaw.

Relax your shoulders.

Notice how different one breath is from the next.

It's the same with life.

Ever changing,

Ever evolving.

What is going through your mind right now?

Let it slip away.

Just for this moment,
