I am aware that I chose to take on a bodily form and come into this life. As I take ownership for this choice, I move away from victimhood and move onto the path of victory. I am aware that my life moves forward because of the choices and decisions I make. I am aware that if I choose not to make a decision, I have still made a choice.

I am moving my life forward with decision. I am aware that I chose to take embodiment and come into this life. As I take ownership for this choice, I move out of a place of victim and onto the path of victory. I am aware that moving my life forward comes through the choices and decisions I make. I am aware that if I choose not to make a decision, In that I have still made a choice. I am aware that my life is filled with many choices each and every day, And as I take responsibility for the choices I make, I empower myself. I am empowered to make decisions from a place of love and peace and expansion. I am choosing to feel authentically empowered by making choices to move my life forward. I am mindfully attuned to the decisions I make. I use my intuitive guidance to see, Hear, Sense, And feel into my options as a way to guide my life. I slow down. I come fully present, And I connect to the choices I have in front of me. I align myself to this choice inwardly and notice how I feel when I make this decision. I am aware that choices which are in alignment with my highest and best good make me feel lighter and more expansive. Inside of me, These choices give me a feeling of upliftment and freedom. I am also aware that when I tune in and imagine making a choice that invokes a feeling of contraction or restriction, I interpret that direction as out of alignment with my inner knowing. I am confident in the directions I make knowing that all decisions are perfect for where I am now. I am making decisions that move my life forward in a divinely designed way for me. I am in full and complete trust that all the decisions I make lead to the growth that is perfect for my life's evolution. I am aware that there are no wrong decisions. I am aware that I am always safe on the learning path of my life. I am an infinite, Divine, Energetic being, Trusting myself to make decisions that present the learning I choose to garner on my human adventure.

Thank you. I still struggle with this approach maybe because i cannot differentiate between contraction because sth is oit of alignment and contraction because of being scared even if it is right and good for me
