Hi guys!

My name is Diana Mirzaeva.

I am a MindBodyConnection coach,

A psychosomatic specialist and a meditation teacher.

And welcome to my channel!

I am so happy to see you guys here.

Today I want to talk to you guys about happiness,

But more particularly happiness of living in the present moment.

I know it may sound like a cliche because a lot of people are talking about the importance of living here and now,

Of being mindful and so on,

But I want to share with you guys my story.

Something that just happened yesterday and the realization that I came to myself.

Yesterday I was scrolling my Instagram feed and I came across the Instagram profile of a festival that I wanted to go to for the last eight years.

It is a bound festival in Colombia with electronic and techno music.

And if you don't know,

Yeah,

I've been living in Colombia like 10 years ago,

For two years.

I love this country.

It's my home,

Truly,

But I could never have a chance to visit this festival.

It lasts for like three or four days.

But anyway,

Last year I was living in Colombia again,

But I had to travel on these dates in May and again it just didn't happen.

I really regretted that,

But I was thinking that,

Well,

It is not the last chance that I might have to visit this festival.

And yesterday I just saw that this festival was happening these days and this weekend and I'm not in Colombia.

And I just forgot totally about this festival.

And I was really sad at that moment when I realized that,

Oh my God,

I forgot.

I didn't plan.

I could have been there now,

But I stopped myself and asked,

Why am I sad?

Do I have to be sad?

Because,

Okay,

I was talking to myself,

Diana,

How do you feel right now?

And I felt very down with very low energy.

It is my PMS.

I'm close to my period.

And I just spent the whole day in my bed,

Relaxing,

Watching Netflix,

Working,

Sleeping and watching Netflix again,

Scrolling Instagram feed.

And I was like,

Yeah,

Maybe I wouldn't even feel like going to the festival tonight.

I can't imagine myself having fun and being with thousands of people for like six or eight hours tonight.

I was like,

Okay,

Then it is a no.

After a few hours being with these thoughts,

I realized,

Why am I not feeling satisfied with that?

And the reason for that,

The answer that came up to me is that I am happy.

Yes,

Maybe I don't feel completely happy.

Maybe I'm not bursting with energy.

Maybe I am not my best self at the moment,

But I am happy in the sense that this is my life now.

This is the result of my decisions,

My actions,

My growth,

My choices for the past months or even years.

And I know that every decision I was making,

Even if I wasn't sure in that,

Even when I was hesitating,

I knew that I was doing it from the place of my best self with the knowledge,

Experiences,

Awareness that I had at that moment.

So this is a sequence.

This is the result of the best decisions I've made for myself.

And this is the best result I can get right now.

And this is actually the best out of all the possibilities,

The best life that I could ever have.

It is now.

It is happening to me every single moment when I'm doubting it,

When I'm hesitating,

When I'm not feeling happy enough.

And it made me feel very relaxed.

And then another moment is that I have such big dreams.

I have huge plans for the future.

I have no idea yet how I'm going to be there,

Which path will lead me to these dreams.

But I'm certain that it will happen in my life.

It will happen to me and with me.

And for me.

And this separation from the moment of now to the life of my dreams that I hold in my vision right now,

This is what causes me not being satisfied with the present moment.

And that is so stupid because this is future.

And the future that is waiting for me,

That will be mine.

All I have to do is to live,

To make other best decisions.

And it will come to me.

I will come there.

And there is no point in rushing anything because we are living in the material world where the space and time,

It is not only the quantum reality that also exists.

All the possibilities exist at the same time.

I might seem and sound crazy,

But I hope you understand me.

Anyway,

My future is there.

In the future,

My present is now.

That is the best present I can ever get.

And I just don't understand how can I not be happy with what I have right now?

Of course,

I see,

I know where I'm going.

And of course,

I cannot get it right now.

Again,

It is a material world.

We need time for that.

And the best thing that I can do is really appreciate and be grateful for what I have right now and right here for myself,

For my past self that brought me here to enjoy this moment,

Release all the expectations,

All the burdens,

Everything that rushes me and just create.

Create from here and now,

Being sure and certain that,

Yes,

This is my future and it will be in the future.

It is such a great realization,

Not even in my head,

But I felt it truly in my body with my spirit.

And I just,

I took a deep breath out.

I felt totally relaxed,

Absolutely at peace with,

First of all,

Who I am right now,

With what I have,

Where I live,

Where I am,

What is going on in my life.

And I'm so,

So grateful for every single moment because what is life?
