You are being invited to sit in a comfortable position where your back is upright and your feet are touching the floor,

We are going to begin by closing our eyes and then looking up to the third eye,

Now for this sacred moment we are going to set aside any intensities,

And day-to-day responsibilities as they are no longer needed in this quantum now space.

Visualize your aura being completely purified in golden light waves and send divine healing frequencies to it.
