Good morning,

My name is Denise.

Thank you for being here this morning to meditate with me.

Maybe you are still in bed,

If you like to,

You can keep laying down for a moment.

Just to feel yourself in this very moment wherever you are.

To feel what is going on right now,

Right here,

In your body and in your mind.

It's okay to check in for a while.

And before we are getting prepared for the day,

Waking up slowly,

You can put one hand on your belly and the other hand on your heart if you like to.

Feeling how the breath is moving you,

Bringing fresh morning air into your system.

Feeling your heart and your belly rising and releasing.

Yeah,

Enjoy this natural movement of your breath.

You don't have to do anything,

Just let it come and go naturally.

And I enjoy this moment of a smooth,

Easy awakening.

With every breath you take,

Soften your gaze.

And if you feel comfortable,

Just close your eyes.

When you are ready you can come into a nice and comfortable seat,

Slowly take your time,

Sweet,

Soft and slowly.

If you like to you can support your seat by a cushion if you want to so that you can sit in an upright position.

Long spine,

Beautiful.

And maybe you give yourself a beautiful stretch,

Bringing your arms up to the sky.

A nice stretch to the left and to the right.

Yeah,

Good morning.

One nice yawn to shake out anything we don't need today.

And then let your hands land wherever it feels good.

Relax your arms,

Your shoulders.

If you need any movement don't hesitate.

Follow your instinct and keep on being inspired by yourself throughout the day and now it's a good time to practice.

What do you need?

What do you want?

Listen,

Trust in yourself and listen to your body and your soul.

And now you can release deeper into your seat.

Which parts of your body are connected to the ground?

Sink deeper into those parts.

You can feel how you are supported,

Don't need to hold on to anything.

Relax.

With every exhale release.

Free yourself for a new and beautiful day,

For new and beautiful possibilities,

For a new born day.

Arrive into this beautiful morning.

With the next inhale open up and shine your heart towards the sky.

Open your front body,

Your chest.

Release your shoulders with the next exhale.

It's all good.

You're allowed to let go any tension in your body,

Your face.

Release your thoughts.

Let it go.

And now I invite you to open up the back of your heart with the next inhale.

Feel the space on the back of your upper body.

And maybe you like to yawn again or just to exhale to relax your jaw.

Enjoy every single breath.

The magical morning air.

Feel how it is moving through your body.

From your chest to your belly,

Into your hips,

Your seat.

Up to your head.

Observe your breath.

With the next exhale you are letting go just a little bit more,

Sinking deeper into your seat.

You are safe.

With the next inhale you expand a little bit more.

You can grow taller,

Getting ready to show up today.

Clearing your space,

Your inner,

Your outer space with every breath you take and let go.

Your brand new space for a brand new day.

Yeah,

Everything is possible today.

With your next inhale the crown of your head is growing upward to the sky.

And you can enjoy and celebrate your own growth,

Your expansion in every direction.

Exhale and allow yourself to shine.

With every single breath you shine a little bit more,

You grow a little bit more.

You are becoming more self-conscious.

Take your time to observe your breath.

Every inhale,

Every exhale.

Grow and shine easily,

Softly,

With no pressure.

Beautiful.

And now observe.

How do you feel now?

No judgment,

Just curiosity.

Take your time to check into your body,

From toe to head.

Do you feel any tension?

Let your breath help you to release,

To let go.

Observe your face,

Your head,

Your neck and shoulders this morning.

Do you feel the air on your skin,

Maybe on your arms?

Your chest,

Your belly,

The back of your body,

Your legs,

Toes.

How do you feel?

How does your body feel?

Your mind.

How is your breath moving now?

Let it go,

Just let it happen and observe.

It's all there.

You don't have to do anything anymore.

You just did your work.

And now this is your day.

Shine bright,

Shine your light.

With every exhale,

You are still connected and grounded safely and you are allowed to shine your light in any direction.

With every inhale,

You are nurtured with love and inspiration that will make you grow and be your own beautiful self throughout the day.

And now let's take a deep breath in,

Feel this morning.

Exhale and release,

Just be yourself.

Inhale,

Expand once more.

And exhale,

Relax,

Let it go.

Inhale and give yourself a nice little smile.

Exhale and bring the smile into your day.

Yeah,

Hmm.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes and start this beautiful day with a smile.
