As you swim behind and beneath the secret waterfall, a sense of calm comes over you. The drone of the falling water becomes background noise, and a whole world of other sounds opens before you. You begin to sense pattern and melody in the chaos, but it is gone as quickly as it arrives.

Relaxing thank you

This was fantastic. It slowed me completely down, my breath was slow and rhythmic. The music filled my head with lines and dots, it was like I was reaching out for the drops of music as they fell, while the droning sound was just steady, making the lines move up and down, depending on how high or low the sounds. Totally relaxation. Total sense of calm. Beautiful way to start my day. Thanks for sharing. 🙏🏻💗
