Today I'm going to introduce you to the Heart Chakra Angel portal.

It's a spirit guide portal that came to me in a vision that got me motivated to create this portal,

But she was very unique in that when I got to the canvas I could just feel from the canvas that she was supposed to be created in a different way and so I did.

And this is the results of the Heart Chakra Angel portal,

The Heart Chakra Angel is really important for you to connect with your Heart Chakra Angel.

So what I'm going to do today here is I'm going to tell you a little bit about the story of her and then also do a guided meditation to help you connect with your Heart Chakra Angel.

And you might be wondering,

Well,

Why is it important for me to connect with my Heart Chakra Angel?

We all have a Heart Chakra Angel.

It's all about helping us.

She came to me with this message of letting me know that the reason why it's so important to tune into your Heart Chakra Angel is because your Heart Chakra Angel,

Your spirit guide Heart Chakra Angel is always here wanting to support you in choosing from your truth,

From the higher rather than the lower.

And if you know anything about the seven major chakras,

There's seven major chakras going up your astral spine which is in front of your physical spine.

And think about it,

There's seven of them.

Three below,

Number one,

Two,

And three below.

The Heart Chakra Angel is the fourth one.

And then there's five,

Six,

And seven which are above the Heart Chakra Angel.

Or I should say the Heart Chakra area.

The Angel is here to help you actually connect with your Heart Chakra,

Balance it,

Allow yourself to release anything that's been blocking your ability to come from what's true in your heart because I truly have found in my own life the most important thing is that we come from what's true in our heart for yourself.

You know,

It's not about following what someone else's truth,

It's about following your truth.

And the Heart Chakra Spirit Guide is here to help you with that.

The Heart Chakra Angel Spirit Guide is here to help you with how do you start connecting with the truth in your heart.

Because so many people do,

You know,

What they have been programmed for,

What they think is being responsible,

It makes them a good person,

And it's not always what's true in their heart.

And then they wonder why they feel,

You know,

Kind of bored in life or like something's missing because they're not doing what's true.

And it's one of the key things your Heart Chakra,

Having it be balanced and being able to make choices from that place of truth,

That place of like your higher self,

That's why I say pick from the higher.

That's what the Heart Chakra Angel Guide is here for,

Is to help you to choose from the higher,

Not from those fears.

You know,

Like a lot of people will stay in jobs that they don't like because of the money and they're afraid that there's not another way they can earn as much money.

Often people will do things not because they love it,

But because they feel like they have to.

Like if they don't do it,

They won't be a good,

You know,

Daughter or son.

And so there's just a multitude of reasons why we don't do what's true in our heart.

And your Heart Chakra Spirit Guide,

Your Heart Chakra Angel Spirit Guide is wanting to help you,

Wanting to support you and to start coming from what's true,

Not what you think you have to or what you think you should.

Because the have tos or shoulds are never going to bring you the joy in your life that you deserve to have,

The happiness that is there for you,

The love and the growth that is here for you that's just waiting for you to step into it.

And so your Heart Chakra is really important in letting that greatness out.

You know,

I have that saying,

Greatness is within you,

It's time to let it out.

Well,

If your Heart Chakra area is shut down and you're never choosing from what's true,

How are you going to step into that greatness?

And so,

You know,

I'm here on the planet to help you step into that greatness,

Into that truth because I know that the more people who step into this,

The,

You know,

The Earth is going to be,

You know,

We're going to have more peace,

More joy,

More prosperity as people really start to own their truth and step into it.

Now,

It's that truth in the heart,

The truth of like what's here for your next step of growth.

Sometimes people think,

Oh,

Well,

I hate fall,

My truth is I want to go hurt somebody and that's not a truth.

You know,

That's called an emotional wound.

If there's any time you want to hurt another person,

It's,

I'm not telling you whether you're bad or good,

But it's not truth.

It's coming from an emotional wound rather than,

Well,

It's true in my heart.

And so,

I want to do this guided meditation to help you connect with your Heart Chakra Angel so you can start to like practice a relationship with this angel spirit guide so that you can start to really get in touch with your truth and start to create that life that you truly desire to have.

Okay?

So,

If you're driving,

You might not want to close your eyes or anything.

It might be something that you have to do a little later,

But if,

Or if you're going to jump over to YouTube,

You can actually gaze at the image of the Heart Chakra Angel.

And that's one thing I'm going to talk you through as if you're in front of the image,

But you know,

You can like imagine something in your mind's eye of what you think the Heart Chakra Angel looks like.

And it could be that yours actually gives you a vision of themselves through this,

Okay?

So,

Let's just take a moment and if you're at a place where you can,

Just close your eyes and take a deep belly breath that causes your belly to rise with the inhalation and fall with the exhalation.

And draw in that energy again,

Taking that deep inhalation and draw in the energy of focus.

And exhale,

Letting go of any distractions,

Any busyness of the day.

And inhale one more time,

Drawing in the energy of Divine Presence,

This Divine Presence of your Heart Chakra Angel.

And exhale,

Allowing that Divine Presence to expand into every fiber of your being.

And I'm going to start with a prayer,

And you can follow along or do your own silently.

Divine Mother,

Heavenly Father,

Great Spirit of the Universe,

We ask that our hearts and minds be open and willing to receive,

To receive Divine Presence,

To receive the blessings of the Heart Chakra Angel.

And to be open to the transformation,

The blessings,

And the guidance.

So that we may be feeling her presence and knowing her presence with us right here,

Right now.

Because as we tune into our Heart Chakra Angel,

Our hearts are transformed,

Our minds are transformed,

Our bodies are transformed.

And if you're actually watching this video on YouTube,

You can now open your eyes gently and gaze into the Heart Chakra Angel,

The image.

And for those of you who are just sitting without the video,

Just kind of direct your energy towards your mind's eye.

And as you gaze at the image of the Heart Chakra Angel,

Just allow yourself to receive her,

To feel her blessings.

She's infused with the energy of the blessings of your Heart Chakra Angel,

Helping you to connect and balance the energies in your Heart Chakra,

And to come to your truth.

So take that moment to ask the Heart Chakra Angel,

Your Heart Chakra Angel,

To be with you.

To guide you.

To support you.

In knowing your truth.

Acknowledging your truth.

And acting on your truth.

And as you gaze into the Heart Chakra Angel,

You can now open your eyes to the awareness of your mind.

And in this guided meditation,

The Heart Chakra Angel is really asking for you to focus on the vibration of self-love,

Self-acceptance.

Because the Heart Chakra Angel says,

I'm blessing you.

To have self-love.

To open the door to self-acceptance.

To allow yourself to step into this bigger vision.

The Heart Chakra Angel is saying to allow yourself to receive your Heart Chakra Angel.

Knowing whether you get a vision or you don't,

That she's here with you.

That he's here with you.

And she's asking you to open up your hands in receptivity.

To receive all that the Heart Chakra Angel has to give.

And those of you who have seen the Heart Chakra Angel in the portal,

In the image,

In the video,

To just notice if any colors jump out at you.

Is there any movement?

And if you notice something,

Know that it's your Heart Chakra Angel communicating to you.

A blessing,

A message.

She's asking as you sit here now for you to just slowly,

Gently close your eyes.

Putting your hands on your heart.

Seeing the image of the Heart Chakra Angel in your mind's eye.

In your mind's eye.

And just bring in the energy of welcoming it.

Welcoming your Heart Chakra Angel to reveal themselves to you.

And as the Heart Chakra Angel reveals themselves to you,

Just notice the expansion in your heart area,

In your chest area.

The expansive feeling of possibility.

And as you feel that expansive energy,

Just allow yourself to let go of any walls that you've held up to protect your heart.

Of any resentments to keep yourself safe.

Of any guilt of what you have or haven't done.

And just ask your Heart Chakra Angel,

Your own Spirit Guide that's here to bless you with the ability to release and let go of these resentments.

Any guilt,

Any walls.

Just allow that Heart Chakra Angel to be with you wherever it makes you feel safe.

And know that your Heart Chakra Angel is here just asking to be with you and work with you.

And all she needs from you is that you like give her permission.

So she's asking me to ask you to give her permission.

Permission to have your back.

Permission to help you heal.

Permission to help you choose what's true in your heart.

Just noticing the opening of the Heart Chakra of that your chest feeling like there's expansion and space.

And then just say thank you.

Thank you to your Heart Chakra Angel for coming to you.

Thank you for her being here with you to help you heal.

To help you let go of and to help you step into your truth.

Aum.
