In order to wake up happy,

One has to go to the bed happy as well.

Sleep is a very important aspect in one's life.

It plays a very big role in rejuvenating the body.

A restful and sound sleep contributes to one's good health.

In the same manner,

Good food contributes to good health.

As far as possible,

Feed your mind with good thoughts.

The thoughts which will make you feel protected,

Secure,

Restful and happy.

Always love yourself unconditionally.

When one loves oneself unconditionally,

The same gets extrapolated when we are with others.

And the same feeling is multiplied a thousand folds and it comes back to us.

Fall in love completely and then enter the space of sleep,

Totally loved,

Relaxed and happy.

There is nothing wrong in taking care of one's body.

It is through this body that the journey towards the greater truths can be made.

Never feel guilty if temporarily one has to look into oneself along with one's limited faculties in order to go beyond the limitedness.

First,

The limitedness has to be experienced completely before it can drop off permanently.
