Mariaβs personal journey of meditation started in the mid 80's. In 2001 she spent 3 months learning TM on the West coast of Ireland. A continuation of training includes Coaching and advanced teacher Mindfulness training focussing on stress, compassion and kindness. For the last few years, Maria has been practicing Shinrin-Yoku, guiding Nature & Forest therapy, walks and wellbeing retreats. She also offers meditations, nature meditations and EcoNIDRA sessions.
