David Paul shares the health and longevity exercises of Lao Tzu. Tai Chi Gung is Moving Meditation. It is based on Hatha, Pranayama and Kundalini Yoga. Tai Chi Gung connects you to Nature, whether you are practicing inside, away from Her, or immersed outdoors surrounded by Her. The main reason few people have heard of Tai Chi Gung is that it remained an oral tradition for more than 3000 years. No books were ever written about it. You learned the art by doing the exercises. David has been practicing this regenerative art daily for more than 34 years. He has been teaching classes and training teachers for 22 years. Currently, Master Paul is the only certified Tai Chi Gung Master of Lao Tzu's Order living in the United States. 25 to 30 years of training are required to be given the title of Tai Chi Gung Master. Adepts study with their mentor for 30-60 years. This has helped maintain the purity of Lao Tzu's teachings and given rise to an unbroken lineage going back more than 3000 years.
