I'm Dave Harding.

This is a guided mindfulness meditation designed to take your breathing from perhaps 7 or 8 breaths per minute down to 4 breaths per minute.

So begin by breathing in deeply and breathing out.

Breathing in deeply and each time you breathe in a little deeper now.

And breathing out.

Breathing in deeper still.

And breathing out.

Breathing in deeper remembering to breathe in through the nose.

Filling your entire capacity.

And breathing out through the mouth.

The entire capacity.

Breathing in all the way.

And even holding for a moment or two before breathing it all out again.

Breathing in deeply.

Holding for a moment or two before breathing all the way out.

All of it.

Breathing in all the way.

Full capacity.

Holding and breathing it all out.

Perhaps even noticing with your next breath in now the different temperatures of the air as you breathe in holding and the different temperatures of the air you breathe all the way out.

Breathing all the way in.

Holding and breathing all the way out.

Now you are ready to enjoy the rest of your day.

The air is open and embracing each and every breath you have.
