This was stunning. It placed me in a dark forest, uninhibited and unafraid. I could hear the birds above and every so often could see sunlight through the thick forest canopy. Could feel the coolness of the forest floor on my feet. I could feel the spirits guiding me, letting me discover all that was there, knowing they were protecting me. There was one glitch, a the 6 minute mark, the music abruptly stopped (app glitch??) I had to pause and restart the track and the music came back. I chalked it up to a test, meditation teaches us not to sweat the small stuff, to breath and go with the flow, right? Anyhow, I loved this. Total relaxation and peace. Thank you for sharing it!
