You're trying too hard instead of just being.
You focus on the receiving.
Instead of flowing,
You're focusing on the external that's glowing.
You're trying too hard to push something that there's no need for pushing.
Using your agenda as a cushion,
It doesn't work.
You're trying too hard.
One can be clever and smart,
But sometimes we're just trying too hard.
Stepping on our own toes,
Getting in our own way,
Canceling our own shows.
Presence is here.
Nothing needs to be done.
Trying so hard and where is all the fun?
Trying too hard creates stress and you collapse.
When you're trying too hard,
You're doing everything and you're still the last.
Being needs no doing or fixing.
Being needs acknowledgement and breathing.
Perfection is not something you strive for and find.
Perfection is in the stillness of your mind.
You're trying too hard.
It's like a woman that wants to give birth when she just got pregnant.
But what you see on this earth is constant movement.
Nothing is stagnant.
There's a force that moves things much greater than our actions.
That has the entire picture,
Not just part of the tiny fractions.
When we allow that force to happen,
Then we don't need to try so hard.
That force is all encompassing,
No beginning,
No end,
Only this moment to start.
The realm of truth is simple.
Complications are manmade.
Within time there's a wrinkle that can put you in a zen state.
Once connected to the source of all sources,
There's no need to try and remorse less.
You're not relying on your own resources.
You're connected to different forces.
Forces so strong,
So way,
Way beyond your own understanding and planning where your only job is to get out of the way to prevent them from happening.
How beautiful.
My friend,
Next time you find yourself trying too hard again,
Say to yourself,
I am whole and I'm complete.
No movement required.
No need to compete.
I'm right here,
Right now.
Everything is here when I allow.
Divine timing will show me what actions to perform,
Which turn to take,
When to pursue my dreams and when it's time to wait.
There's no right or wrong here,
Only presence.
Realizing that everything that I want to be fulfilled by is already imbued in my essence.
I am whole.
I am complete.
I'm not afraid to be still and dive in deep.
I am whole.
I am complete.
Everything that I'm looking for is already on my seat.
I am whole and I'm complete.
Still want to get up and it's the experience that I seek and at the same time I am whole.
I am complete.
My head is in heaven and Mother Earth grounding my feet.
I am whole.
I am complete.
I honor my inner rhythm and dance to my own beat.
I am whole.
I am complete.
