The muscles holding each of your ribs start to loosen as you settle in here.
Feel your thighs drop down to the earth beneath you.
Take a moment to pour gratitude over your physical body,
The way it's shaped and held you as you've navigated all of what this past year brought.
How strong it's been for you,
Holding your soul gently within you as you both experience all of the joys and pains that life brings.
Feel how precious a gift this has been.
How often we take these simple things for granted.
Allow yourself to settle back in your mind's eye into the peaceful,
Gently waving grass of an open field.
As you feel your body relax here in this field,
Notice the sun start to peek over the horizon in a spray of deep,
Rich corals and oranges into the dawn of a new day.
As this soft new dawn rises gently in the sky above you,
Brightening the world around you,
Feel your body settled into the soft grass.
Perhaps you notice wildflowers starting to push through the dirt around you,
Rising up towards the light of the sun.
Feel into your body and spirit here.
Allow the old pain,
Any tension you felt in the past,
Melt away.
What matters to you here?
What is more important to you than ever?
Perhaps you sense a word or a feeling.
Maybe it's a color or a shape or an animal.
Give yourself a moment to sit here with what comes to you.
Perhaps nothing comes to you.
That is also okay and welcome.
Trust yourself to bring what is needed.
This is you returning to you.
Give yourself space to feel into what arises here.
Give a wave of gratitude towards whatever has come to you here.
Perhaps standing in front of you in the field,
You see a vision of yourself from this time next year gazing upon you.
What does this future you look like?
What do they wish to tell you?
What do they want you to know?
Take a moment to listen to what wisdom this future version of yourself wants to instill in you now.
Allow any thoughts,
Feelings,
And directives to strengthen you as you ready yourself to step boldly into this new day.

Slowly begin to blink your eyes open to the light of the room or space you are sitting in.
