Today on JSE Health we're going to focus on a positive affirmation for today.

So I'd like you to now get into a comfortable seated position or lying on the floor or if it feels good for you standing with your eyes closed.

Whatever you need to get into a comfortable position so that you can lie there or sit there or stand there and absorb this message.

Sometimes we need the reminder that tells us what we really are and that's what the focus of today's affirmation will be.

So to begin I would like you to breathe in and out.

In and out.

In and out.

Following the breath.

Calming the nervous system and finding the pause between each breath.

Focus on this for one or two more breaths and then we'll start the affirmation.

So breathe in and out.

In and out.

This is the message I want you to absorb.

I can achieve greatness.

I love and accept myself for who I am.

My body is healthy.

My mind is brilliant and my soul is tranquil.

I believe I can do anything.

Everything that is happening now is happening for my ultimate good.

I'm the architect of my life.

I build its foundation and I choose its contents.

I forgive those who have harmed me in the past and peacefully detach from them.

My ability to conquer my challenges is limitless.

My potential to succeed is infinite.

Today I abandon my old habits and take up new,

More positive ones.

You can either repeat this with me as I say it through multiple times or you can just breathe in and out with the breath and let the words wash over you.
