Full Moon Meditation

Deep and alleviating sounds will help to relax and slow down breathing. The full moon is a time of releasing and receiving. During this time, we are letting go of the old, so we can grab on to the new intention we manifest at the new moon phase. With each exhale, release what's not serving you anymore, and inhale gratitude for what you have.
