Go ahead and sit down or sit in a chair or lie down in your favorite place to be.
Go ahead and take a couple deep breaths in.
Let them out slowly.
Just begin to relax.
And today,
Just know that you,
You matter.
Know that your feelings matters,
Your perspective on life,
It matters.
Know that just because you are alive,
You have worth.
Know that you are enough.
Know that you don't have to do anything to be more loved or less loved.
You're just loved.
You're just worried about the things you do or you don't do.
Just love and just love and forgive yourself.
Keep moving forward in your life.
Keep moving on.
Keep taking that next step towards the best version of yourself.
Don't stop.
Don't give up.
Just keep moving forward.
Keep going.
May you take gratitude along with you on your journey of life.
And may you be thankful.
May you breathe in love,
Exhale worry.
May you breathe in peace and exhale fear.
May you breathe in goodness and breathe out the bad.
May you be thankful.
May you be thankful for those things in your life that are true,
That are honorable.
Whatever is just,
Whatever is pure,
Whatever is lovely,
Whatever is commendable,
If there's any excellence,
If there's anything worthy of praise.
Think about these things.
Don't let those other voices win today.
Don't let the voice of doubt,
Fear,
And negativity,
Don't let those voices win.
May the voice of love,
May the voice of peace,
And the voice of truth win out today in your body,
In your soul,
In your thoughts,
In your mind.
May that be your focus.
Be grateful.
Love yourself.
You are worthy of love.
You are worthy of peace.
Maybe no one told you today that you're amazing.
So,
I'm letting you know,
You're amazing.
