Close your eyes and take a few deep relaxing breaths.

Just breathe in and out and allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation as you focus in on the sound of my voice.

There's nowhere to go.

There's nothing to do.

Just let go.

Be here in this moment,

Ready to turn inward.

Imagine now that above your head is a warm,

Relaxing light.

This warm,

Relaxing light is moving from the top of your head all the way down to your toes,

Like a beautiful shower of light moving through all the muscles and nerves in your body.

Just relax in every muscle.

Feel all that tension drain away as you go inward,

Focusing inward on your breath.

I want you to think about something you desire in your life.

Whatever you'd like to focus on today,

There's this one thing in your life that you'd like to see.

It can be small,

Or it could be a big picture idea.

Something that you want in your life that you feel you don't currently have in the present moment.

Hold this image in your mind of what you want.

Hold the feeling of actually having what you want in your mind.

And plant the seed in the steeper mind of that desire.

Now,

As you're holding this image,

I want you to imagine walking down a path in nature,

Feeling an urge to move forward,

To move in certain directions.

You feel this inner guidance,

The desires guiding you to keep moving forward.

At some point,

It feels as though you don't know where you're going.

You know what you want,

But you can't really see that far ahead.

But you know that you're just taking one step after another,

Forward,

Forward in the direction of your desire.

Then you get to a place where you can't move anymore.

And on your path,

You see what has been stopping you.

And it's been symbolized by a giant wall.

I want you to notice how tall the wall is,

How thick it is,

What it's made of.

See this wall that's in the way of what you want,

This inner barrier.

You may even see in the cornerstone of the wall a year when this wall is gone.

This wall or defense was first formed inside of you.

That's creating a barrier to what you want.

You may even notice on the wall,

There's words or images that are giving you the message.

Your unconscious mind is showing you what is stopping you,

An idea or a fear.

It's right there.

Allow it to appear.

Don't try to force it.

Just let it reveal itself to you.

And if you look closer at the wall,

You'll notice there's a little peephole.

It's a little hole that you can peek through to the other side.

Go up to that peephole now and peek through.

There,

On the other side,

Is the real you having the experience that you desire.

Imagine on the other side of that wall is freedom to create this desire effortlessly.

The part of you that has all that potential,

All that power to choose your life.

But you feel you can't get to that part of you.

You can't access that part of you.

And you have that experience until you deal with this wall.

So I want you to ask your unconscious mind what you need to do with that wall.

Ask your deeper knowing to let tools to appear.

Whatever you need to take the wall down.

And in your mind,

You see yourself taking the wall down with whatever materials you can create with your imagination.

I'm going to give you a moment to do that while I'm quiet.

Just take the wall down.

Don't worry.

Even if you can't take the whole wall down,

Just make enough space for you to step through.

Find a way through the wall.

See yourself stepping to the other side and into the body of the you that's experiencing your heart's desire.

Imagine what it would be like to be on the other side.

Your unconscious mind is showing you where to stop.

Where those obstacles are in the way.

Your unconscious mind is constantly trying to communicate and help you succeed.

Giving you symbols and signs so you can read them and work with them.

Imagine now this beautiful experience of freedom behind the wall.

Take all that energy that's been holding you back and use it to propel you forward into this desire fully and completely.

Take some time now to explore the other side with freedom,

Without limitations,

The pure possibility of your true self.

Now anchor in that beautiful,

Wonderful feeling of freedom.

And you can bring it back to the room.

When you're ready,

You can slowly open your eyes.

Come back to the room with all these good feelings.

Feel free to journal what comes up and anything that will help you in your process of transformation.
