Pineal calcification can be a big problem for this gland because fluoride accumulates in the pineal more than any other organ. As your pineal gland hardens due to the resultant crystal production, less melatonin is produced and regulation of your wake-sleep cycle gets disturbed. Meditation using a crystal singing bowl is a strong way to do reverse this. Use this practice to meditate and heal your pineal.
