Melodies Of Peace (Poetry & Piano)

For this relaxing meditation, Clare collaborated with fellow Insight Timer teacher Ragnhild Maria Mao. They met up for the first time in the summer in Sweden and decided to co-create some meditations together.
In this, Clare reads ‘Melodies of Peace’ from her poetry book, ‘The Beauty of Nature’, whilst Ragnhild plays soothing piano, along with the sound of sea waves.
