Meditation for Everyday Life I’m Christina South and I’m a regular gal who discovered meditation and breathwork while going through yoga teacher training in 2008. These two amazing practices have helped me cope with chronic migraine, anxiety and daily life being a wife, and mom of four, with a full-time job as a medical coder. I truly believe meditation and breathwork are the most important practices to enhance overall wellbeing, reduce stress, and can fit into any lifestyle.
