First thing you're going to do is take three big deep breaths in and then exhale and hold.

Exhale for five seconds.

And hold for five seconds.

Five.
Breathe in for five seconds.
Four,
Five,
Hold.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Exhale.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Hold.
One,

Five.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale.
