Hey guys,

I'm Chris Reynolds and this is the 5-minute high performance meditation.

First thing you're going to do is take three big deep breaths in and then exhale and hold.

Ready?

Exhale.

Hold.

And when you're ready,

One big deep breath in,

All you can hold.

And hold.

And hold.

And when you're ready,

Let go.

Breathe in for five seconds.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Hold for five seconds.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Exhale for five seconds.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

And hold for five seconds.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Breathe in for five seconds.

Four,

Five,

Hold.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Hold.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

Hold.

Inhale.

And go ahead and open your eyes.

That's what we call block breathing,

And what it does is actually change the physiology in your body to calm down and make you more focused and relaxed and feel better and less stressed.
