Hey guys,

This is Chris Reynolds and I'm going to take you through a quick two-minute high-performance meditation That can get you back focused and ready to be productive so you can continue your day The first thing that we're gonna do is we're gonna take three Very deep breaths as much air as you can hold into your lungs and then let go naturally like this We're gonna do that three times and then you're gonna let all the air out of your lungs and Hold that as long as you can and then I'll walk you through the rest of the process.

Okay close your eyes and begin All the air And hold Then you're gonna breathe in as much as you can and hold again And when you're ready exhale Breathe through your nose and Very slowly exhale In through your nose Even slower exhale Repeat that process one more time Exhale hold When you're ready inhale hold Slowly exhale What this does it creates a pattern interrupt in our minds Our minds are creating stress for some sort of reason and releasing some cortisol and making us more tense And so when we let all the air out of our lungs,

We then become more relaxed because our bodies are telling us Hey breathe.

Don't worry about the stress breathe.

That's most important So it changes and creates a pattern interrupt in our minds and starts to release some feel-good healthy Neurochemicals makes us feel better Watches away that cortisol and stress and makes us more into that flow state so we can go back and be productive I'm Chris Reynolds and have a productive day
