No ending bell or signal in this. A simple guide to get a short meditation going and relax. Anyone can use this. Just relax and feel the calm within. I left out an ending signal, in order for you to freely go on meditating longer without interruption if you feel like it. If not, stop after I stop talking.

Transcript

Be comfortable,

Eyes closed.

Breathe in deeply through your nose and then release through your nose again.

Focus on yourself,

Your body.

Feel your right hand.

Feel your left hand.

Focus on your fingers.

Feel how heavy your feet are.

Feel your right leg.

Now take your mind into your left leg.

Now focus on breathing again.

Breathe in deeply and hold your breath for as long as feels natural,

Then release it without any effort.

Breathe normally again in and out through your nose.

Focus on your right arm.

Now your left arm.

Feel your back.

Listen to your breathing.

Focus on effortless being.

Let your thoughts happen.

Be an observer of your thoughts.

A mere bystander.

Don't interfere.

The key is to let everything happen naturally.

Let go of trying anything.

Just be.
