Welcome to this 10 minute visualization meditation.

Just finding somewhere comfortable where you can sit and you won't be disturbed for the next 10 minutes.

Just taking a moment here to settle down into your body.

Just taking a beautiful inhale here through the nose and a slow exhale out of your mouth.

Just taking a moment here to think about three clear intentions that you want for your future life.

Just taking another beautiful inhale here through the nose and a slow exhale out of your mouth.

Just being clear on these three intentions as we move throughout this 10 minute meditation.

If your mind starts to drift off,

Just breathing in those intentions into your body.

Just focusing here on the ebb and the flow of your breath.

Just allowing these three intentions to be here in your subconscious mind.

Just letting the flow of the breath rise and fall.

Just noticing any tension in your body,

Allowing that to melt away.

As we are starting to go deeper into this meditation practice through your breath.

We're going to take a moment here and visualize a beautiful bright light sitting here in between your eyebrows,

Your mind's eye,

Allowing this beautiful bright warm light to expand out,

Allowing it to grow bigger.

Visualize that it's filling up the room.

This beautiful warm bright light streaming out of your third eye.

Taking a moment now to think of those three intentions,

Allowing them to come in and just immerse and lay down into your subconscious mind.

Enjoying this feeling,

Exploring these intentions as they start to become clearer for you.

Feeling what you're experiencing,

Allowing these intentions through this beautiful bright light.

Let them embed into your subconscious mind to help you manifest these goals into the future.

Your mind has to arrive there first.

Just letting them allow to settle deep into your subconscious mind so you are clear in the direction of where you're going.

Taking a moment now to visualize the feeling when these goals have manifested in your life.

So allowing yourself to sit in this space,

This immense gratitude,

These incredible goals unfolding,

Exploring this future.

What sensations are coming up for you?

Is your skin tingling as you sit in this white warm bright light?

When you're fast in the glory of achieving these goals,

Just allowing this beautiful bright light just to gently start to come back towards the body.

And as this warm bright light is coming back into your third eye,

Reminding yourself that you are empowered to achieve anything in this life.

And this beautiful bright light is getting smaller and smaller and now closing over.

But just being reassured that these intentions are within you.

They sit there in your subconscious mind,

Guiding you on your journey.

Taking a moment now to take a beautiful deep breath in here.

And a slow exhale out of your mouth.

Just feeling your feet on the floor,

Wiggling your toes.

There's a gentle smile on your lips.

And then whenever you're ready,

Just opening up your eyes.
