Good morning.

I'm so pleased you chose me as your meditation guide this morning.

This meditation is perfect from when we transition from a beautiful deep sleep until we start our busy day ahead.

Firstly just finding a comfortable position.

Sitting upright,

Your feet firmly on the floor,

Your hands resting in your lap as you gently close down your eyes.

We'll start off the day by setting a really nice intention.

Today is going to be a beautiful day as you not only recite these words but you genuinely feel it.

Sometimes we can sabotage ourselves before we even start the day.

So it's really important we set our morning up properly.

Just noticing what it's like just to sit here.

No effort,

Just to rest and watching your breath as you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Just feeling the sensations within your body.

Watching as your chest rises and as your chest falls.

And into the calmness of this morning we are going to say a simple intention to ourselves.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Just allowing your face to smile.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Just making a connection to your physical body.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Just allowing your breath to be steady.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Just noticing any thoughts that rise and letting them go.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Just being aware of your heart as it gently smiles.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Just letting whatever thoughts come up come up.

Noticing them and just letting them go.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Just focusing in on this intention.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Just gently smiling and seeing how your body feels.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Just paying attention now to the area around your heart.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Just letting your heart area be soft.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Not just whispering these words but genuinely believing them.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Just resting with this feeling.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Bringing to mind now how today is going to unfold in a magical way.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Just noticing if there's any tension in your body and gently letting that drift away.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Just using these words as an anchor for how your day will play out.

Today will be a beautiful day.

This anchor doesn't move even in the storms of your thoughts.

May today be a beautiful day.

Just noticing a warm bright light in your body.

Today is going to be a beautiful day and knowing all that you want is well-being and health for yourself.

Today is going to be a beautiful day and all that you want is well-being for other people.

Today is going to be a beautiful day and everyone you meet there's a reason you're meeting them today.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

The Sun is shining and you're grateful for everything you have in your life.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Just noticing what a privilege it is to breathe in and breathe out.

Today is going to be a beautiful day to softening your body and relaxing into this state of stillness.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Just knowing that the universe has your back today.

Today is going to be a beautiful day and now just taking a moment to think of three things you're genuinely grateful for.

And when you're ready just bringing your attention back into the room.

The sounds around you,

Wiggling your fingers,

Wiggling your toes.

Taking a moment to see how your body feels,

How much clarity and focus you have for the day.

And when you're ready just gently opening your eyes.

Taking a moment of gratitude for taking the time out to nourish your mind.

Then when you're ready ever so gently going forward into your day and taking this beautiful peaceful state with you into the day ahead.
