Good morning.
I'm so pleased you chose me as your meditation guide this morning.
This meditation is perfect from when we transition from a beautiful deep sleep until we start our busy day ahead.
Firstly just finding a comfortable position.
Sitting upright,
Your feet firmly on the floor,
Your hands resting in your lap as you gently close down your eyes.
We'll start off the day by setting a really nice intention.
Today is going to be a beautiful day as you not only recite these words but you genuinely feel it.
Sometimes we can sabotage ourselves before we even start the day.
So it's really important we set our morning up properly.
Just noticing what it's like just to sit here.
No effort,
Just to rest and watching your breath as you breathe in and as you breathe out.
Just feeling the sensations within your body.
Watching as your chest rises and as your chest falls.
And into the calmness of this morning we are going to say a simple intention to ourselves.
Today is going to be a beautiful day.
Just allowing your face to smile.
Today is going to be a beautiful day.
Just making a connection to your physical body.
Today is going to be a beautiful day.
Just allowing your breath to be steady.

Just noticing any thoughts that rise and letting them go.

Just being aware of your heart as it gently smiles.

Just letting whatever thoughts come up come up.
Noticing them and just letting them go.
