Getting comfortable and taking a few deep settling breaths.
Allow your body to relax heavily into the support beneath it.
As you exhale letting go of tension,
Worries,
Daily pressures.
Now,
Bring your attention to your heart and I mean that literally.
The beautiful beating organ inside of your chest.
Pumping blood all around your body.
Hear its beat.
The heart is the place that we universally feel across the globe that we give and receive love from.
In the womb,
Our hands and arms grow out from our hearts.
Can you feel that connection between your hands and heart?
Our hearts have neurons.
As many neurons as a cat's brain.
Our hearts are thinking just like our minds.
But we're not always listening to them.
So let's take a few moments to tune into your heart's wisdom.
Ask your heart,
What is your deepest yearning for me?
And then listen in for the answer.
Your heart may not speak to you in words.
Instead it may speak to you in images,
Sensations and memories.
Ask your heart for any healing that is needed in your life right now.
Whether it be physical,
Emotional or spiritual.
Open yourself up to the heart's healing.
Now bring something to mind that you are sincerely grateful for.
Can you feel that gratitude in your body somewhere?
Allow that feeling to grow.
It multiplies and swells and filtrates every bone,
Organ and pore in your body.
You are pulsating with gratitude.
What can you feel?
Tune into the dance and melody of sensation within you.
Keep your attention here on sensation for the remainder of this meditation.
Let's take a few moments to tune into your heart's healing.
Let's take a few moments to tune into your heart's healing.
Let's take a few moments to tune into your heart's healing.
Let's take a few moments to tune into your heart's healing.
Let's take a few moments to tune into your heart's healing.
Wherever your attention is,
Call it back to your heart.
Take a moment to thank your heart for all its wisdom and all it does for you.
Stay here for as long as you wish.
When you're ready,
Take a few deep breaths and exit your meditation.
