This track begins with a soothing rhyme, guiding your gratitude in a light-hearted way, settling your mind. My guiding voice then gives way to an atmospheric soundscape, where you can either continue your gratitude practice, or let go completely and drift off to sleep.

Let's reflect for a moment on the things in your day,

The moments for which you can be amazed.

Between consciousness and unconsciousness,

You may even find,

These moments can surface and grow and shine.

All this will happen,

And all,

And if at first,

They seem too shy,

You're thinking too big,

Try reducing the size.

Some may be huge,

And some may be small,

And some may be harder to notice at all.

If you see but a corner,

And it seems like a wall,

You've noticed far more than nothing at all.

If you had regrets,

Or made some bad choices,

Just remember,

You're human,

And lower the voices,

A new day will come,

You'll gain from the mistakes.

And next time,

Be humble,

It's never too late.

Without these mistakes,

We wouldn't learn a thing,

We'd be inauthentic,

And robotically dim.

So,

Give thanks to your blunders,

Your cock ups and faults,

For making you,

You,

The perfect result.

Did you hear a bird sing,

Or go to the gym,

Or did someone pick up the phone and give you a ring?

Did you look at the moon,

Or watch the sun rise,

Or was it the clouds that were a feast for your eyes?

It may not be what you did,

But what others did for you.

Did they cook you a dinner,

Or hand you your shoe?

Did you get a nice email?

Did someone paint your nails?

Or did you hear music with beautiful scales?

Perhaps you were kind to someone you love,

Or you noticed a stranger and picked up their glove.

If your day was a challenge,

One you'd sooner do without,

You've got to the end,

And soon you'll be out for the count.

Thank you for watching.
